Junior to Mid-Level IP Paralegal The candidate will be responsible to support Patent Litigation practice group in Silicon Valley office. Perform general and specialized legal assistant functions with supervision or guidance. Assist with projects and coordinating with vendors; responding to case needs, assignments and issues as they arise; making sound decisions and seeking advice when necessary; effectively utilizing technology and training; maintaining accurate litigation databases, and diligently completing day-to-day discovery projects, organizing materials and promptly and thoroughly responding to attorney and senior paralegal requests.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and strong academic credentials. 2 to 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal working large complex litigation cases is required. Working knowledge of MS Excel software, electronic discovery, litigation databases is necessary. PowerPoint skills are a plus. Photoshop experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects while under pressure and effectively work in a team structure is necessary. Must be detail-oriented, flexible and possess excellent organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are must. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with personnel at all levels with a strong service orientation are needed.
