Duties

• Assist in complex litigation related to antitrust and consumer protection class actions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
• Manage case files and assist in trial preparation.
• Maintain an organized work environment and adhere to deadlines.

Requirements

• Membership in the Virginia Bar or eligibility to sit for the bar exam within four months.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia or scheduled to take the Virginia Bar Exam within four months of application submission.
