ProfileLegal Assistant Candidate will assist and support the attorneys of a very successful and reputable law firm, which must be done with professionalism and confidentiality. Must have: BA or BS degree and/or equivalent professional-level experience. Notary commission desirable. must have 3+ years of continuous work history to demonstrate dependability. Experience with Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law is desirable. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Word Perfect; Microsoft Excel, Client Management software systems, Google Drive and the ability to learn additional computer software programs is mandatory. Speak and write exceptionally well, possess excellent computer skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and work well with others. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Typing speed of 60+ wpm. Spanish speaking highly desirable. Experience working with and assisting attorneys preferred.
