Talent Coordinator The candidate will be responsible for union and non-union talent negotiations, production and residual talent estimating and payment processing. Will work with music negotiations and securing third party rights. Assist with the following: Book studios and talent for VO sessions including preparation of talent contracts. Estimate quarterly residuals budgets. Union (SAG-AFTRA/AFM/ACTRA/UDA) talent session and residual payment processing. Track costs against client budgets and monitor for overages. Communicate with account groups regarding talent/music expirations, holding fees and quarterly budgets. Participate in weekly status meetings. Re-negotiate talent contracts upon the expiration as needed. Work closely with Producers, Project Managers and internal Legal regarding legal permissions and Union contract issues. Review final materials to produce final cast records. Bachelors Degree is preferred. 1+ year of business / professional experience is preferred. Paralegal or administrative assistant experience and strong math skills. Should have trong interpersonal skills and strong verbal and writing skills. Must have food interpersonal skills and MS Office, especially Excel.
