Fish Law Firm is looking for an experienced Technology Specialist to join our Patent Practice. In this role, you will play an integral part of our Intellectual Property team and have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and top-tier clients from day one.

As a Technology Specialist, you will:

Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures.

Correspond with patent office about pending patent applications.

Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise.

Interview inventors about new ideas.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering (required).

2+ years of industry experience or patent prosecution experience.

Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Registered before the . Patent & Trademark office (preferred).

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $100,000 - $185,000.

Flexible hybrid work environment.
