Trust and Estate Legal Assistant The candidate will include but are not limited to; monitoring emails, preparing correspondences, drafting letters for clients, proofreading, E filing among other administrative tasks as needed. Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment. The candidate must have 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience, preferably with Trusts and Estates. Will provide support to Attorneys and Paralegals in the Trust and Estate Practice Group. Should have experience with E filing, strong document management skills, proofreading experience and excel skills in addition to being very tech savvy.
