Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Paralegal or other certification is a plus. 2-4 Years of experience in licensing required (security industry experience is a plus). Proficient in computer skills including MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel etc. Ability to obtain and understand nationwide, state, and local licensing regulations including but not limited to business, contractor, local, and tradesmen licenses. Strong interpersonal (customer service orientation) and communication skills (both oral and written). Must have the ability to work independently and strong time management/priority setting skills in order to manage the needs of the business including identifying risks. Demonstrates general knowledge of compliance and insurance regulations. Familiarity with specialized insurance services industry related systems and applications. Effective organizational and time management skills. Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality of data and established data systems.
