A law firm in Denver, CO, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This role involves managing complex cases, preparing for trials, and working collaboratively within a diverse team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document production and interrogatories.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.
• Represent clients in court and provide strategic legal advice throughout litigation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to manage caseload effectively.
• Prepare cases for trials and arbitrations, including developing case strategies and evidence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Provide exemplary client service by addressing client concerns and informing them of case progress.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Colorado or eligible for a waiver in Colorado.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Proven track record in managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
