Senior Customer Resolution Manager Law Liaison The candidate will work in conjunction with legal department and business partners on potential legal related cases i.e. complaints, regulatory, litigation. Will conduct in-depth research on these cases; make determinations on how to resolve before moving to litigation. Assist in negotiating pre-litigation settlements between the client and the business, and will be the primary point of contact for the client during this time. Also review escalated cases from the CCT and determine if they need to be escalated to the law department, which they will facilitate and triage. Also coordinate responses to court orders and subpoenas, including in depth research of client records and preparing a response for our legal department. Management of legal and escalated cases. Point of contact for the external client and outside attorneys. Assist in negotiating pre-litigation settlement requests. Collaboration with legal department on cases. Must have work Experience equivalent to BA/BS. Must have 3-5 years of experience in customer service or financial services. Series 6, Series 63 and resident state insurance license required. Paralegal certification from an ABA approved paralegal education is preferred. Should preferably have 5-10 years of experience in customer service or financial services.
