I would like to see our current management team revised with possibly some new replacements to be available to take care of issues that arise in the office.
Pros : The work environment is excellent as everyone is very helpful and experienced. The benefits are awesome as well and everyone really cares about their clients.Cons : I have found the firm to be somewhat slow in terms of how quickly they resolve issues that are occurring around the office. I have found this to be mostly related to our current management team though.
