"Great Place To Work"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

Have some parking spots built. Be more mindful towards mistakes. With creativity comes a mistake or two. I would like an opportunity to rise in station that just doesn't exist at the moment.

Pros : Management promotes creativity and freedom to make important decisions on our own. The pay is great. Benefits are good and incentives are in place to keep us working hard.
Cons : There is little room for mistakes. The turnover rate is high. As there is no parking near the business, I have to walk a couple blocks to get to work after I drive. It can get rather noisy.
