We are looking for someone to act as Receiver to Court to act as a controller / property manager of successfully run boutique real estate portfolio.   Must have strong leadership skills, strong decision-making capabilities and is versed in multifamily real estate.

The ideal candidate will have immediate responsibility for all aspects of the company and client contact and development. You will be required to work with outside attorneys, CPA’s, leasing agents and company staff.

Applicants should have

  • Must have 2-4 years minimum of litigation experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills,
  • Proven research and writing skills and be able to write persuasively,
  • Self-driven, and be eager to perfect their skills as a trial lawyer and work well both independently and collaboratively
  • Management experience, supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
  • Familiar with multi family properties and their operations.
  • Assist with creation, preparation and management of budgets.
  • Set up system where Owners are notified when the department goes over budget.
  • Negotiate or re-negotiate contracts with all vendors.
  • Oversee monthly costs in all departments.
  • Ensure data and transactions are properly recorded and entered the computerized accounting system.
