Previous experience with State Agency and Consumer issues is a plus. Previous experience with Regulatory Filings is a plus. Previous Litigation experience is needed. Previous Compliance experience: Previous experience with Vehicle Service Contracts is a plus. Previous experience with Administrator and Obligor entity is a plus. Familiarity with legal correspondence and research is needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential. Proper Writing Skills are a must.
