Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process from case inception through trial and appeal process. Will be requesting and maintaining records, including indexing and filing case materials, following up on outstanding matters. Assisting attorneys with all phases of discovery, including first draft responses to discovery as directed. Managing and organizing large volumes of documents including hard copy and electronic files. Maintaining a master set of all documents, keeping updated records and correspondence files as well as preparing electronic files. Assisting with facilitating successful settlement processes. Communication with clients. Should have 3 - 5 years of litigation experience is required. Litigation experience is required in the following areas is preferred: Domestic Relations/Family Law is needed. Should also possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills.
