Receptionist/Paralegal The candidate must have experience with the following: Answering mutli-line telephones, routing calls to appropriate offices and taking down messages; Greeting clients; Providing assistance in sorting incoming mail and processing outgoing mail; Responsible for keeping attorney calendars to include recording court appearances and scheduling meetings. Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing of documents. Provide support to other paralegals and other staff for the smooth operation of the office. Experience with QuickBooks, WordPerfect and Needles is a must. Experience with personal injury, medical malpractice, social security, workers compensation, civil litigation is a plus.
