Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Commercial litigation experience essential. Must preferably have 5+ years of experience in a law firm or similar professional environment. Knowledge of both State and Federal Court procedures, and electronic filings needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) essential. Must be proficient in document drafting and experienced in both State and Federal Court procedures and electronic filings. Knowledge of Interwoven/FileSite or comparable document sharing software preferred. Trial preparation skills and experience desired. Knowledge of Elite or similar time-keeping software plus. Working knowledge of e-discovery products and procedures preferred.

Pros : You can expect to make lots of money here and have lots of doors open to you after working here.
