"This Firm Runs Pretty Well"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 18, 2017

Management needs to know when to put their foot down. If employees are walking over management then more will follow in the future.

Pros : This firm has a lot of room to grow. They offer good pay for the work and I've received several raises since being employed here. The pay is also a lot higher than most other firms in the area.
Cons : Management can be a little too laid back at times. Overall it's not bad but at times employees walk all over them. I wish they had more of a spine at times.
