Culhane Meadows PLLC, one of the largest non-traditional (remote-workplace) law firms in the country, is actively seeking an experienced and self-motivated Corporate M&A partner candidate in one of our Texas markets (Austin, Dallas or Houston). Applicants must have at least 10yrs of experience, including prior practice in an AmLaw 200 firm, and a respectable amount of portable client work (at least $250k year). Skillsets should include the ability to lead M&A transactions from inception to closing, experience leading due diligence teams, and related experience in general corporate and corporate governance matters (e.g., entity formation, joint ventures, licensing and the sale of businesses, drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as stock purchase, asset purchase, credit agreement, merger, redemption, confidentiality and non-disclosure, IP license and secondment agreements).
