Intake Attorney
The candidate will be the first line of contact for potential clients, will conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if a potential case falls within the scope of practice areas, and will be responsible for all duties related to the intake of new clients and setting up initial client meetings. Will require heavy client phone contact – must be outgoing, comfortable speaking on the phone, and have outstanding verbal communication skills. Should have experience in research and drafting. Should have 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney. Must be licensed and in good standing with a state bar - Texas, Colorado, or New Mexico preferred. Experience in sales a plus. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
