Duties:

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
  • Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record representing project owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals.
  • Experience in motions practice, discovery, and preparation for hearings in state and federal courts.
  • Familiarity with international arbitration processes.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar.
