H1: Energy & Infrastructure Junior-Midlevel Associate at Law Firm H2: Join Orrick's Market-Leading Energy & Infrastructure Practice Law Firm is seeking a talented Junior-to-Midlevel Associate with 3-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A to join their team. This is a full-time position based in any of Law Firm's US offices (San Francisco, New York, Washington, ., or Houston). Responsibilities: - Work on complex energy and infrastructure projects, including project finance, tax equity, and M&A transactions - Collaborate with a global team of over 150 attorneys dedicated to the Energy & Infrastructure practice - Receive top-notch training and mentoring, as well as opportunities for professional and personal growth - Connect with peers and mentors to ensure integration into client teams - Participate in retreats, academies, and shadowing opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A - Strong academic credentials and experience in a major law firm - Membership in the California, Texas, New York, or Washington, .
