In-House Contracts Manager The candidate will review, draft, revise, and negotiate contracts, as well as monitor contract performance and compliance and make recommendations for improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process ensuring contract accuracy. Will apply formal, best practice methodologies to develop and implement contract strategies to support the sales and account management processes. Work with internal and external stakeholders to carefully obtain the requirements needed for each contract. Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages. Review, draft and revise form agreements as well as non-standard agreements. Ensure compliance of all existing contracts. Responsible for proper contracts procedures documentation and implementation. Should have 1+ year of relevant legal experience. Juris Doctor degree is required. Contract management experience needed. Must have experience drafting contracts.
