Real Estate Analyst The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activity of the real estate and construction team in the project to integrate TCI and Carroll Tire. The job focuses on assisting the Real Estate Managers (REMs) and Construction Managers (CMs) with managing a high volume of work and activity related to the integration project. This role is a key link to organize the Department activity, support the REM’s and CMs in paperwork, reporting, workflow, and follow up. This role also must coordinate and track project approvals, deadlines, budgets and spending. While reporting to the VP Wholesale Development, this role has strong day to day reporting lines to the REMs and CMs . Support Real Estate and Construction team by coordinating all new DC activity. Help to create site approval packages and CERs for new locations. Process invoices and track spending for each project. Prepare periodic analyses of spending versus budget. Act as lead team coordinator and support for all projects, coordinate all tracking reports. Maintain internal and external reports on project activity and ensure that the department is fulfilling its’ responsibility to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders. Act as internal coordinator for information flowing from external sources such as Real Estate Brokers, landlords and contractors. Prepare financial analysis on prospective lease transactions and analyze reports prepared by brokers and others. Coordinate report requests from the field and the analytics department. Ensure priority list is maintained and reviewed weekly. Coordinating with the field and legal to generate standard LOI forms and contracts. Create and coordinate correspondence as requested. A Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5 years with similar experience. Should have 5+ years’ experience in an analytical role, document administration, title or paralegal work, real estate closing, project management, or related real estate field. Franchise experience a plus.
