Estates and Trusts Paralegal Candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and paralegal services on a wide variety of moderate to complex legal matters related to estate planning and administration. Will include: legal research, preparation and filing of documents, customer service and support, drafting correspondence, as well as the organization of client data and other administrative initiatives. Full-time and part-time available. Drafting estate planning documents. Drafting estate administration documents. Drafting Summary Letters. Drafting Engagement Letters. Drafting Transfer Letters. Performing Deed Transfers. Conducting signing meetings. Legal writing and research. Following up with clients. Drafting Gun Trusts. Completing CCW applications. Completing ATF forms. Assembling appraisals. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Either an associates degree in paralegal studies or bachelorâ€™s degree. 3 years of experience. Proficient in Microsoft office. Strong legal writing skills. Strong legal research skills.
