Location:
Duties:
- Negotiate resolutions for pending litigation cases
- Conduct motion practice, review, and draft pleadings and discovery documents
- Attend court appearances and execute legal documents as required
- Manage case calendars and timelines for high-volume litigation
- Interact professionally with staff, opposing counsel, and the courts
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina Bar License, in good standing
- Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience
- Ability to work independently while managing a large caseload
- Collection experience preferred but not required (training available)
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general technology use
