Manager, Real Estate The candidate will lead, guide and direct assigned employees to include setting targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching, counseling and development. Will manage terminal management in the daily management operations as required by real estate guidelines â€“ owned and leased properties and/or services. Provide research, analysis, and reporting on site acquisition and disposition. Sign contracts on behalf of VP, Real Estate. Manage all due diligence functions associated with new site acquisitions and openings Support VP of Corporate Real Estate in all purchase and sale document preparation and implementation. Analyze, make payments and appeal real estate taxes on both owned and leased properties. Issue resolution regarding government permitting and licensing as it pertains to company real estate holdings. Contract review, analysis and management of easements, right of ways, billboard agreements and cell tower contracts. Oversee the maintenance of real estate database information. Prepare, distribute and handle communications regarding marketing materials for sale of properties. Problem resolution regarding legal issues arising from owning and operating commercial real estate. Regular attendance is required.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate Should have Bachelorâ€™s Degree, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Paralegal Certification is preferred. Should have 3 - 5 years of experience management experience required, including minimum of 3 years of property management and/or real estate closing experience. Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office is needed. Ability to represent the Corporate VP, Real Estate at all levels of the organization is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills are needed. Strong analytical, financial and budgeting skills are needed. Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills are needed. Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct.
