Legal Assistant The candidate's responsibilities range from greeting clients, to assisting with court filings and on-line research, to organizing and data entry for fiduciary accounting and billing, to preparing correspondence, file maintenance and answering the phone. Should have some (1 - 10 years of experience) in a professional office or law office setting. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, independent self-starter and high degree of professionalism required. Should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, and have some exposure to calendaring, case management or billing software. Notary Public preferred. Note: Position to be filled by mid to end of February.
