Patent Attorney The candidate will prosecute U.S. patent applications in semiconductor and software fields. Will be drafting patent applications, primarily revising applications prepared by foreign law firms to conform to U.S. styles, conducting interviews with inventors and examiners, and occasionally preparing responses to office actions. Must have BS or MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Computer Science with strong academic background. USPTO Bar is required. 3 years prior experience in patent prosecution as a patent examiner or patent attorney/agent in the field of electrical circuits and software is preferred. Strong academic background and extensive experience in prosecution is desired.
