The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate law and related practices, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities. Duties

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters.
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Handle fund formation and structuring for private and institutional investors.
• Negotiate and draft complex agreements, including financing and securities documents.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs in transactional matters.
• Conduct legal research to provide innovative and strategic solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate law or related fields such as mergers and acquisitions, finance, or securities.
• Proven ability to manage and execute corporate transactions from initiation to closure.
• Applicable bar admission required (Florida Bar preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in good standing (Florida preferred).
