Mortgage Corporate Services Executive Admin The candidate serves as the secretary to the Executive Advisory Committee. Provide daily administrative support to SVP including managing a complex meeting schedule. Proactively manage requests from internal and external auditors. Manage remediation tasks and responses relative to OCC reviews. Respond to Ginnie Mae Field Review requests. Act as Executive Advisory Committee secretary. Upload BOD materials, maintain roster, coordinate meeting/event logistics, and send meeting invites to directors. Follow-up with meeting minutes and reports to BOD and Audit Committee. Act as IT Steering Committee Secretary. Retain all meeting records. Maintain meeting calendar and schedule/plan meeting logistics. Prepare organizational charts quarterly for EAC committee and update as needed on an ad hoc basis in Visio. Ongoing Policy/Guideline monitoring, tracking and record keeping.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate Should preferably have Bachelor's degree and paralegal experience. Must have 3-5 years of experience supporting functions in mortgage, banking or financial services. Experience working with auditors and examiners is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Visio is needed. Expert level written and verbal communication skills is must.
