Internship - Legal Intern will assist in the Legal department's estate and trust area, mainly with data entry of estate and trust gifts and donor information into a new donor database system, with the potential for some other special projects for the legal department. Duration is 2-3 months. Essential Job Functions: Interpreting and comprehending collected donor information and translating into new donor database system. Analyzing donor data information for completeness. Working closely with the legal department staff to ensure inclusive transfer of estate and trust gift interactions. Assisting staff with Special assignments. Skills: Enhanced organizational skills; Professionalism; Analytical skills; Excellent computer skills, including experience with Excel and Google Sheets; General computer typing skills; Exceptional communication skills. Should have High School Diploma. Must be enrolled in higher education institution. Prior office experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products with Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Prior experience with Team Approach, Personify, and/or other database system preferred.
