Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparing several agreements, amendments, contracts, etc. Ensure overall quality, timeliness and accuracy of documents and adhere to established processes and procedures. Assist with all aspects of researching, submitting and acquiring permits and other entitlement applications and agreements needed for installation of Company’s infrastructure within the public right of way and public utility easements. Familiarity with researching Municipal codes as it relates to Telecom Infrastructure required. Some college strongly preferred. Paralegal certification preferred. 2+ years of paralegal or related real estate experience required. Excellent computer skills - specifically with MS Office, Project Management software and Database information extraction required. Must: have a complete understanding of contracts and processes associated with a wide range of assignments; be familiar with and able to prepare new licenses and amendments in a timely manner; be able to ensure all customer agreements prepared are accurate and legally sufficient prior to submitting for quality control checks while also participating in quality control reviews; be able to provide timely executed contracts with a high level of customer service; be proficient in utilizing project management tracking systems and software and use system generated reports to reconcile assignments and progress applicable milestones. Paralegal background and/or a real estate background combined with some legal contract experience required.
