Part-time Temporary Attorney The candidate will write briefs, interview witnesses, draft declarations, review documents, and perform other litigation tasks as part of a busy wage-and-hour practice. Although some of the work can be done remotely, occasional in-person meetings will be necessary, especially at the outset; office space will be available on premises. Should preferably have a commitment to civil rights and workplace, is an excellent writer, have litigation experience, and has been an associate with a top-tier law firm.

The firm should focus on restructuring the office so that it looks and feels like a law office. Workstations should be enclosed to reduce noise distractions. The family environment is something the firm should be proud of and continue to hold onto.

Pros : The firm creates an environment that establishes the presence of family. The hours of work are varied, but the firm does a great job at accommodating the staff.
Cons : The firm has workstations which are open. It is difficult to work in a setting where noise causes issues. The firm is built more like a call center and not a law office.
