Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate The candidate will support attorneys working on complex commercial real estate deals and closings. Will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Preparation of all title commitments; closing checklists, title policies, closing statements, title and other affidavits. Responsibility for closing binders. Working on transactions locally and nationally. Assist with commercial real estate due diligence.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should preferably have Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Must have knowledge of HUDS. Extensive experience reviewing titles and surveys essential. Strong experience from contracts through loan commitments essential. Must have post-closing experience. Experience in lease review, title objections letters, UCC searches and entity formation needed. Knowledge of: WebAtids, DisplaySoft and Propel programs is a must, should be comfortable with Windows-based software and Microsoft Suite.
