Estate Administration Paralegal Candidate will be responsible for drafting documents for attorney review related to estate, probate and trust administration; compiling decedent’s asset information, assisting with inheritance tax returns; and managing and maintaining hard copy and electronic files.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Associate degree or higher with paralegal certification and 2-4 years’ prior experience supporting estate administration preferred. Accounting degree or experience is also preferred, but not required. Knowledge of Lackner 6-in-1 Estate and Trust Administration and Lexis Nexis PC Law preferred.
