This partner should bring a wealth of expertise in the field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in entertainment law and a proven track record of generating at least $200,000 or more in portable revenue. The successful candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school and must be an active member of the New York State Bar or eligible for admission. In this role, the Entertainment Partner will be responsible for providing top-tier legal counsel to clients within the entertainment industry, encompassing actors, musicians, production companies, and more. Key duties will include handling diverse entertainment law matters, from contract negotiations to intellectual property rights and dispute resolution. Building and nurturing client relationships, as well as offering mentorship to junior associates and support staff, will be integral to the position. Staying abreast of industry trends and legal developments is also expected.
