Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate will conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents. Will monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents. Assist in the preparation of transactional legal documents. Organize and manage transactional closing processes and documentation. Liaise with internal executives and staff at all levels. Provide administrative support to General Counsel and other attorneys in the legal department. Bachelorâ€™s degree is needed. Ability to deliver clear, concise and accurate messages to others verbally and in writing is needed. Hard working, resourceful, and well-organized is essential. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to conduct legal research is needed. Internet and electronic research skills is essential. Proficient computer skills, with an ability to quickly learn new functions and applications are needed.
