Paralegal (Legal) The candidate responsibility is to process requests filed under the Freedom of Information Act; to handle various aspects of litigation support and various litigation assignments, including legal research, cite checking and other technical aspects of brief preparation, coordination of witnesses, and database support. Will be primarily responsible for processing FOIA requests. Knowledge and experience in handling requests filed under the Freedom of Information Act is preferred. Must have 2 years of paralegal experience, and an undergraduate degree and completion of an American Bar Association approved Legal Assistant (Paralegal) program. Successful candidate must demonstrate excellent legal research and writing skills.
