ProfileLegal Assistant The candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines. Must be able to keep trademark filing system (both paper and electronic) current. Must have ability to draft letters to clients reporting trademark application/registration milestones, preparing monthly billing invoices, as well as basic administrative tasks. Four year college degree required plus 1 to 2 years of professional office experience or 5+ years legal assistant/paralegal experience. Knowledge of trademark/copyright matters and proficiency with billing systems such as JURIS desirable. Familiarity with CPI a plus. Good references mandatory.
