Responsibilities include client intake process; preparing pleadings and discovery; monitoring and managing case files; arranging for arbitration and mediation hearings; and calendaring attorney appearances and appointments. Assist with trial preparation of multiple Superior Court matters, including preparing clients for deposition, drafting complex demand letters, and regularly communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. Duties include overflow reception functions, attorney time entry, and preparing monthly pre-bills for partner review. Must have 3 years of experience. Should have good computer and software skills, including Word, Outlook, WordPerfect, and Legal Solutions.
