Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will prepare basic closing documents including closing agenda/checklists, transfer tax forms, conveyancing forms, closing statements, etc. Will draft closing instruction letters and coordinate closings of real estate sales, acquisitions and loans secured by real estate. Also manage tasks related to closing binders. Review and comment on title insurance commitments, title policies, title endorsements and surveys. Order and review due diligence documents. Review purchase and sale contracts and amendments. Prepare critical date lists and memos and manage transaction calendars. Post-closing document control, UCCs, satisfactions.Preparing closing binders. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have 4+ years of recent experience supporting attorneys whose practice focuses on real estate transactional experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills is essential.
