Duties

  • Manage litigation and transactional case files across various areas of law, including:
    • Personal Injury
    • Property Damage
    • Real Estate Law
    • Business Law
    • Criminal Law
    • Family Law
    • Estate Planning and Administration
    • Sports & Entertainment
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
  • Participate in discovery processes and attend court appearances.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney to ensure effective case management.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes client needs and legal excellence.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Experience in both litigation and transactional work.
  • Strong understanding of the relevant areas of law listed above.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
