Litigation Paralegal The candidate will monitor case related docketing. Manage ongoing and upcoming complex International Trade Commission, Federal and Superior court cases. Create, manage and search electronic databases. Manage paper and electronic discovery. Prepare electronic and paper court filings. Prepare for trials; including preparation and management of trial exhibits, trial notebooks, expert witness binders, courtroom and war room setup. Participate in litigation related factual and legal research. Bachelor’s Degree required. Must have 8-10 years of paralegal experience working on complex litigation. Trial experience and knowledge of IP litigation process is needed. Must have extensive experience with electronic discovery databases, Case Notebook, Pacer, Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and other litigation specific software.
