Legal Assistant The candidate will have the chance to directly assist attorneys with preparing attorney diaries. Will schedule meetings and arrange catering for meetings. Responsible for creating, revising, formatting, and proofreading letters, memos, and various legal documents. Prepare and process client bills and working closely with Billing department. Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have expert computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Should have 2+ years of administrative experience within a professional environment. Exposure to answering multiple phone lines required.
