Legal Assistant The candidate will handle daily administrative tasks; answer phones, screen rights inquiries, schedule meetings, photocopy and scan documents, order office supplies, and prepare occasional expense reports. Will draft and edit department reports, business correspondence and emails. Create, organize, and maintain multiple sets of electronic and hard copy files. Maintain and manage calendars, email, and contacts. Manage multiple projects and priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines. BA/BS degree is needed. Entertainment legal background is preferred. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe, and aptitude to quickly master other databases/applications) is needed. Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is needed.
