Duties:

  • Manage ERISA litigation and provide expert legal counsel on related employment matters.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients.
  • Handle a varied caseload efficiently, ensuring timely case management and adherence to legal deadlines.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor and employment law and relevant regulations.

Requirements:
