Contracts Administrator The candidate will support legal review by the Associate Counsel. Manages contract process to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures for Promise Healthcare, Inc., its subsidiaries and other entities as directed. Maintains contract details and supporting documentation within Compliance 360 or similar contract management system. Interacts with key business personnel, hospital leadership and legal counsel, as necessary. Responsible for tracking, escalation and communication regarding contracts. Develop effective reporting tools to monitor contract process and improve turnaround time. Works closely with the Associate Counsel to ensure that contracts are reviewed and processed in a timely manner. Provides support for developing, maintaining and publishing up-to-date department contracting policies and procedures. Manages, develops and implements processes to ensure compliance with contracting policies and procedures. Provides education and training regarding the contracting process to field. Performs contract review and identify key issues for consideration by legal counsel. Drafts contracts based upon departmental templates and provide input into departmental template changes. Provides support with due diligence, acquisitions, business development, and audit response including document production. Supports the Legal, Risk and Compliance areas within the Legal Department and other corporate departments in their initiatives as related to contracts as requested. Other duties as assigned. A Bachelor of Arts degree or paralegal certification preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience drafting contracts is needed. must have experience with Compliance 360 or other contract management system. Should have computer skills and software experience – Word and Excel. Experience with healthcare regulatory requirements is needed.
