New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level securities derivative/Delaware court of chancery litigation associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience in corporate governance and/or securities litigation. The candidate will be responsible for drafting comprehensive, fact-intensive complaints and legal briefs, and working closely with the team to develop case theory. Performing critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues and writing about them is a big part of the job. Should preferably have experience representing parties in shareholder derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other interesting corporate litigation issues. Must be a talented writer, have stellar academics, and possess the initiative and drive to win cases. Exceptionally strong writing, analytical, and fact-digging skills are needed.
