Salary Information

The starting hourly rate for this unclassified Assistant District Attorney position is per hour but may be authorized up to per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years, may be able to be hired at a wage rage above the minimum. Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate.
