The Senior Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant will contribute to the CR Legal Team by utilizing their experience, skills, and passion for helping others in the legal field. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, exceptional client advocacy skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities of Senior Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant:
- Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- Understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in utilization of technology and case management software.
- Maintaining excellent customer service and interface with clients.
- Preparing documents and assisting attorneys with communications and legal proceedings.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for optimal case management.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve optimal results for clients.
- Gathering and organizing necessary case documents and information.
- Training and mentoring lesser experienced team members.
Experience:
- 3+ years of prior Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or related experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and/or Certification, bilingual (English/Spanish), experience with Litify Case Management Platform.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional client advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in case management and other relevant software.
